    good ideas.

  • I forgot! Fruit smoothies are awesome! You can hide veggies in those. Or give the veggies interesting names like moon squirters for cherry tomatoes or cloud fluff for mashed potatoes. Get creative and have fun! Kids love that.

  • I have had luck with cooking food together as a family. Children are more prone to eating things they have made. Start slowly not putting much emphasis on eating veggies and just requiring a "No Thank-you Bite." Once you stop putting an emphasis on the importance of them eating it they may stop being so stubborn. Requiring a simple "no thank you bite" will make them feel like they are in power and they may actually, over time, realize they actually like it. Other ideas are google some ideas about making veggies more exciting by making them look interesting. I also make veggie snacks more available than other snacks. If you make a veggie plate with dip and put it out on the coffee table for your kid and walk away(don't say anything) I garuntee he will eat it. Another idea is (I hate to say this) trick them. Hide the veggies in their favorite dish. Or look up recipes, like casseroles, that have veggies in them. This is the best I can do! Hope it works!
