visited Wallsingham and since then have thought my heart is in the present it is always in the moment the now behind this is the heart of my ancestors to my right sits the heart of my friends to the left the heart of my mothers facing forward is all I meet.   five directions of the heart a star

    everything we look at is seen from our point of view or our heart centre our present therefore if we view anything which is dimensional we add our own present as the added dimension - by being in the present we welcome our future - therefore we need to add our dimension our presence to the upcoming planetary alignment on the 29th which is why I have joined this group
