a couple more paintings for the "Art Forgery" show going on..."blue boy" by Thomas Gainsborough taught me to pay attention to the folds and details in the garments and the feathers on the hat....it taught me how to use my brushes to get different textures....the "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci...underneath what you see was the actual darker painting and over the top I painted a version of what they think it really looked like through restoration...I loved painting it...it taught me to paint a sheer veil type garment over other garments to give it that feel of how it is sheer and flows with the other garments
