Thank you, RCD, for your insight! I know I was meant to be brought to your page, for your meditation technique greatly interests me. I was wondering what special preparations you do before meditation, and whether you use music. I find I get bored easily, and it takes a lot to calm my mind! OK, I appreciate your help already.
