The internship program helps students apply their learned skills in real life working experience. The program lasts for a few months, during this time, the employer gives the student tasks that align with their class work to ensure they can relate the learned theoretical concepts with practical and real-life situations. Some colleges will accept summer jobs as a substitute of the internship program as long as the employer can evaluate the student using a pre-defined method.
